Spring Training 4/16 - 5/8

Join the Employee Wellness Heart FUNd Campaign for Spring Training on Walking Wednesdays and Talking Thursdays.

Walking Wednesdays:

All you have to do is meet outside the entrance to the John K. Pruellage Heart & Vascular Center at 7:30 a.m., noon, 5 p.m. or 7:30 p.m. on April 16, April 23, April 30 and May 7 and be ready to walk the one-mile course. In case of rain, the walk will be held indoors.

Talking Thursdays:

Bring your lunch to the cafeteria atrium at 12:30 p.m. You can learn how to Get Fit for Spring (April 17), the Science Behind Motivation and Behavior Change (April 24), Lifestyle Changes (May 1) and Portion Distortion (May 8).
