Notes from the Heart
St. Anthony's is one of only a few hospitals in the St. Louis metro area with a nationally accredited Primary Stroke Center.

Kudos to

Sarah Conway, R.N., charge nurse on Orthopedics, for being honored with the DAISY Award. A patient nominated Sarah for helping him visit his dying brother. (7/14/2014)

Kim Quebe, MSPT, DPT, who completed her Doctorate in Physical Therapy from the University of Kansas this summer. (7/7/2014)

Employee Survey Starts 7/21

There are many good reasons to respond to the Employee Survey through Saturday, Aug. 2 and provide honest and candid answers. The biggest reason is that your contributions are valued, your opinion does matter. Here are just a few of the survey-inspired improvements made in recent years:

  • Managers round on, or visit with, patients and employees for outcomes on a regular basis;
  • HR Rounds, a quarterly benefits magazine, is mailed to employees’ homes;

Questions?  The survey ambassadors in each department are here to support you in participating.
