Successful weight management is a matter of learning and practicing new skills, not willpower. St. Anthony's offers the Whole & Healthy Woman Program, a comprehensive weight-loss and fitness program that will help women create the healthy lifestyle they are seeking.
Whole & Healthy Woman Program:
This comprehensive program is designed to help you live a healthy lifestyle and:
- lose weight
- manage stress
- increase your fitness level
You will exercise each week and learn a variety of fitness strategies, including:
- strength training
- cardiovascular fitness
- stretching techniques
A psychologist will meet with the group to discuss roadblocks to your goals and how to stay motivated.
